South African man, Attacks Girlfriend After She Got Promoted

A South African woman, Noluthando Khanyile, was tragically shot by her partner just two months after receiving a job promotion. 

Her colleague, Mthembu, shared the heartbreaking news on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday, December 24, 2024. He revealed that the deceased had once come to work with a bruised left eye, explaining that she had fallen, which her colleagues believed at the time.

 Mthembu wrote: “What is happening? A colleague of mine was shot by her man this morning. He then shot himself. No, this can’t be happening!” He continued, “RIP colleague. She just got a promotion two months ago, Noluthando Khanyile.”

 He also added:  “Looking back, we are now connecting the dots. She once came to work with a bruise on her left eye, claiming she had fallen, but the truth is, the monster had been abusing her.”
