Bobrisky files N1b lawsuit against VeryDarkMan

 By News band

Controversial crossdresser, Bobrisky, has lodged a N1 billion lawsuit against Martins Vincent Otse, also known as the VeryDarkMan, accusing him of defamation through an audio clip.

Newsband reported that in a viral audio clip posted online by VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky alleged that some operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) extorted N15 million from him in exchange for dropping money laundering charges against him.

But Bobrisky has described the audio clip as an AI-generated fabrication aimed at tarnishing his image.

In a formal letter released on Sunday by his legal representatives, R.T. Omuvwie & Co., Bobrisky accused VeryDarkMan of using his name and image to gain social media attention, adding that the viral audio and associated commentary had caused significant harm to his public image, brand, and personal life.

In the letter, Bobrisky demands that VeryDarkMan immediately withdraw the AI-generated audio and all defamatory statements.

Bobrisky also demands a public apology to be published in two national newspapers and across all of VeryDarkMan’s social media channels, along with a written commitment to cease further defamatory publications and N1 billion in damages.

Failure to meet these demands within 24 hours, according to Bobrisky’s legal team, will result in further legal action.
