Let me start by saying congratulations on your merited award as Governor of the Year, 2021 by The Sun Newspaper Publishing Limited.

The Owerri - Orlu dualized road is another signature project of your government. In all you have reconstructed and constructed more than 100 roads under two years. You restored Ekeukwu Owerri Market, public water supply in Owerri, dealt with the menacing traffic situation and flooding in Owerri with the balloon technology. You have also reengineered the Imo Civil Service with the provision of mass transit system, eliminated the recurring ghost workers syndrome and payment of 13th month salary. The health sector is not left out as you have invested heavily in the sector especially with the provision of mobile clinics. The recovery  efforts have yielded much dividend with recovery of K.O. Mbadiwe University, Royal Palm Hotel and more. The list is endless.

You are a legend in your own right and truly the best Governor in Nigeria.
