There are rumours on the internet though unverified alleging that Imo State-born Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji is having mental illness even as she returned to Instagram on Wednesday after deleting all her posts, causing concerns among her fans, who are  worried over her continuous social media silence.


Meantime, Nigerian Actors Guild says it  will  contact Genevieve Nnaji amid rumoured mental illness.


The actress, who marked her 43rd birthday on May 3, was celebrated across all social media platforms but she  didn’t respond to any of the messages.


The Nollywood star actress had earlier unfollowed everyone on Instagram app.


Genevieve won the Africa Movie Academy Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role in 2005, making her the first Nigerian actor to win the award.

Flashback! Man marries his own mother after impregnating her
